NE Ga | Reminds me of a time maybe 40 plus years ago. Was plowing corn with a Farmall Cub in a terraced field that my Dad rented from elderly lady. When finished cultivating drove through her yard as I was leaving. Stopped to speak with Miss Nell sitting on the "veranda". Told her how tiresome it was plowing those long rows on the little Cub. Her reply was "you ought to try it with a hoe". She passed away a few years later one month shy of being 100 years old. | |
