MN | Just Google Paleo recipes, (it's even more extreme than just cutting out gluten but it's what I'm familiar with) there's substitutes for just about everything, most of our meals contain a meat, eggs, salad and other greens, potatoes, sweet potatoes, brown rice, broccoli, squash, flour gets substituted with almond, tapioca, arrowroot, coconut or another variation I can't remember, just the other night I made chicken/country fried steak with the breading made from almond flour and the gravy with tapioca flour. We'll cheat a little bit once in awhile with sour cream on the potatoes, and for our sweet tooth cravings we can still have some honey, maple syrup coconut sugar and cocoa. I fought it for a long time but it really hasn't been that hard when you see results in a loved one and you all do it together. The hardest part is the amount it costs compared to "cheap" food
