If I have a problem, and the dealer has to make a farm trip or "house call", then sure, I expect to have to pay. But if I call for an answer to a question which might not take more than a couple of minutes to answer(and I don't abuse the privilage), then I do not expect to be charged, but maybe thats just my screwy way of thinking?
