Called my wife over and asked her to read yours. We think your wife’s allegiance is in the wrong Corner. I’m guessing you’ll have to deal with that in some manner to keep the farm you have going.
I hope you are able to rent the land, I’m not sure why your father-in-law would want to step in front of you in anyway. I’ve always been for the underdog-medium to small guy.
If you have kids Try not to let your wife’s miss allegiance affect the family life.
