| What you just said is what your wife is thinking about. You said she knows her family wants to farm the land and is just trying to avoid conflict. She's smart enough to know you both going after it will just leave hard feelings. I wouldn't look at it as she'd rather see her family farm it, I'm sure in her opinion the farm just isn't worth a family dispute over and thats where she's coming from.
If the landlord didnt contact you already its probably already rented out by now anyways. | |
