Assuming this is going to cost around 1k an acre I think it would be hard to get your money back on rented ground in 10 years and certainly not in 5.


Contractor has given me a rough estimate of $600-650 per acre.
I can probably do the work myself for about $300-380 per acre.

Farm this year yielded about 15-35 bushel less corn per acre then most of the other ground Dad or I Farm depending on the Farm
