I cant find a copy of one that I once did.
What I recall is placing a value on the tile and installation for a ten year period.
If I rented the farm 10 years They owed nothing.
If I rented 5 years and I was non renewed they owed me the outstanding balance.( 50%) of total.
Each year was basically 1/10 of the cost.
Anyone have examples of language needed for drainage work on Farm?
