20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana | Getting ready to propose a new rental contract on a Farm that need a bunch of drainage work done to it.
I’m looking for examples of lease contracts where the farmer has paid for or done the tiling work themselves and their is an exit plan for the land lord to not be tied to a long term lease. Basically I’m wanting to propose a 10 year pay back amortization but only require the landlord to be tied to a 5 year lease. I am going to ask for a 10 year lease, but I would understand if a land lord didn’t want to be tied to a rent price for that long.
