I love to improve productivity of land. But if I don't own it I can't see putting that kind of money in it. What will the price of corn be the next 5 years ? The current price of corn obviously makes pay back a lot slower. I appreciate what you are trying to do but sure looks like someone will be unhappy or worse yet get blind sided. Good luck.
