Totally agree, a semi at a port is different.  If you were to just pull in front of me while leaving a parking lot when I am in a diesel pickup and think you are going to dip a tank you have another thing coming.  Going through a parking lot and dipping would be total BS.



They think the DOT and IRS care about probable cause, lol!!

I've been pulled over on the interstate for no reason other than to dip the tanks. I suppose I could have protested, but that pretty well guarantees that the officer will go searching for anything and everything else that could possibly be a violation.
