Farmer told me that he was hauling corn from a rented farm on the west side of an interstate to the home farm on the east side. State DOT guy stopped him on west side and dipped tank found red fuel. He drove under interstate and Federal man stopped him on east side, dipped tank and found red fuel. Two fines that day.
