beh, I read the $350K as hyperbole. I think the point was...... paying a guy $80K + benefits, who is going to bring back a net return more than what he costs in labor.
I also read the list of attributes as hyperbole. Anyone who can do all that is going to be running their own business.
Could you live on the wages you pay?
