Subject: The thing that I have to yet to grasp here

Heil Harvesting, Ulysses KS/Limon CO
Is how someone is going to walk in the door and net me an additional $350K (250 plus salary, plus benis) without bringing something so special it is mystical to the table. If, and that is a big word, you are a big enough operator that that could happen (and I am really not sure how big that would be) I don't think that John is SO special, rather that you and your current staff are severely mismanaging--which leads me to believe that you wouldn't be big enough to attain that goal.

I am not saying that there are not farm positions out there that pay 80k because there are and they are worth every penny--but I would love to see someone walk into my shop (or even my VERY large farmer neighbors offices) and lay out a plan to increase farm profit by 350K that they are not currently doing. At $5 corn you would have to come up with 70000 bushels free and clear to pay that.

I will say it again. NOT. REALISTIC.
