Washington Co Ks
I think some employees would change their tune if they had to 1. put up anywhere near the money that the employer had to put up before he ever got started 2. work for several years with little or no pay as they put everything back into their operation 3. live with the risks many of them beyond the employer's control 4. work either phisically or mentaly 24 hrs a day instead of going home at quiting time and giveing the job no thought untill you clock in the next morning. You can't look at an employer after he has become established and had a good year and say "We all should be paid that much."

Haveing said that I also think that you get what you pay for. If you don't pay much you won't get much work done or not done right.
