Princeton, Indiana
Let's try this scenario.

John Smith walks off the street and knocks on your office door asking for a job. John has an agronomy degree, CDL, pesticide app. license, CCA, can weld, make repairs, operate every piece of your equipment, pull grid samples, make prescription planting maps, scout fields, set up your new sprayer and manage your yield monitor data and willing to work 70-90+ hours a week when the job demands it.

John asks for $80,000/yr, good health insurance, good retirement plan, 4 weeks of vacation and bonus based on production goals.

Are you a good enough business manager to hire John and turn his skills into a $250,000+ net gain to your bottom line?
