Princeton, Indiana
John Smith is real. He or she is out there.

If you are about 40-50 years old think back to 1985-90 when the farms in your area were smaller and the enrollment at your high school was larger. Remember all of those kids in your 4-H group and your FFA chapter that grew up on the dairy or the hog farm down the road? Those kids didn't evaporate into thin air. They went to school and now they have engineering degrees, masters in weed science, advanced degrees in agronomy and 20 years of experience since they left that farm that no longer exists.

They have been hired by John Deere, USDA, Soil Conservation Dept, CPS, Monsanto, McDonald Douglass, Trimble, Ag leader, etc.

They are out there if you want to hire them but they are making good money and their wife and kids usually don't want to live 120 miles away from the mall but they are out there.
