To answer your question, sure I could, but that is why I work for me.

Lets see, no more out of state hunting, no more redfishing trips, no more summer vacations, etc. He gets paid what he does for a reason. It is called decisons and responsiblilty.

I have a very conservative employee and would just like to see him squirm to pay me in the winter to go duck hunting, stay home when he needs need peace and quiet, or when he wants want to work alone. OH, but thats me we are talking about. They tend to forget about the days at home when raining, hunting, or just plain sent home then get burned out after 10 days steady work with no break. Short term memory loss is an issue here.
