We have 4 employees 2 older part timers(truck drivers, works ground) they are paid 14.50 flat out no overtime only extra is we pay for cell phones the 2 are full time ditching crew and general labor but they also get to do more important stuff like help spray and put ammonia on there both in there early 20s one makes 12 the other makes 10.50 BUT the get time and half over 44 hrs I payed both last week for 35 hrs of overtime a piece
