know it is hard to make a living on 10 per hour. It is very similar as when I started out and made .75 cents an hour long ago. Some sacrifices need to be made. If you are a good employee you will be advanced. My two employees are now making$ 2500 and $1800 a month with a pick up and a beef each year. The main thing is to make a good employee, do anything, and not be looking at the clock all of the time. I pay my hands monthly because there may be rainy day that we can not do much. there is always ,maintenance to be done. How ever there are times I do not expect my employees to be there and can have some free time. Other times we might be very busy and can not stop at or 6 o clock. things will come to a good employee. The biggest problem these days is everyone wants everything NOW. Srry for the rant.
