You might find someone to fill a seat for ten bucks an hour. It depends on your operation and what you are looking for. If they want someone to be a part of an operation and grow with it ten bucks won't cut it. If they want someone who will show up every morning and not complain about working some long hours ten bucks won't cut it. If you want someone who can weld and perform other mechanical functions ten bucks won't cut it. If they want someone who will take good care of your equipment and be mindful of your property and be mindful of your family, ten bucks won't cut it. Just sayin.
