my payroll usually runs me about 10000 a wk by the time i pay all 15 guys. that doesn't include their cost of food which i pay when they are working. finding "good help" is not easy here in tn. when i put ads looking for help i never stated 10hr, i said their pay would be according to their abilites. most guys i have are worth min wage but i know that min wage is not enough to live on but 10hr can be done. also we work anywhere from 20 to 30 hours of overtime a wk and that pay is 15hr so any given wk they they could make 700 to 850 a wk
