"Here" in Central Illinois I make $15 an hour working part time for a few farmers. You might love what your doing and love it so much you would do it for free but maybe you should think about that time your working for free and what you could be doing "part-time" and actually making money. I love farming just as much as you but finding that right guy to work for is hard at times. Im not just going to be the oil changer on rainy days. I run the combine 99% of the time and semi's etc. It's nothing to write home about I know.
