We pay over $20.00/hr for good and I mean good full time help. Most are from mechanics positions at dealerships in the area. They have to be able to run all equipment like we want including service plus keep it cleaned and waxed. Part time truck drivers get over $17.00/hr and most are truck drivers in their full time jobs. I can't believe you can get someone for $10.00/hr and get any kind of quality.
Don't know what I expect, just venting I guess!
