Elmira, Ontario | You know, Apple has finally made headways in our household. Not my decision, but I didn't have a problem with it either.
In other words, iTunes is now on my computer. I'd say almost half of my Windows XP reboots on this machine in the past year have been because iTunes needed it (updates). How Apple has been handling the iTunes, Quicktime etc updates has turned me sour to that company. That, and every time I drop into iTunes because someone here needs help makes me want to get into a program I understand. My bias towards Windows has always been my familiarity with the DOS/Windows underpinnings. That, and my method of upgrading (piece by piece) cash flows better for me. In 15 years, I've only bought two new systems (and a couple used systems), yet have two functioning modern systems and a third functional system. I don't recommend it for most people, but it works for me. It's a lot easier to drop a hundred bucks here and there, rather than putting out full pop every few years.
