MN | Gluten, dairy and sugars are the highest contributors to inflammation in the body, when I was diagnosed with MS that's what they wanted cut out of my diet, not permanently but just to analyze how my body responded, my daughter has Lyme's, same thing, the bad bacteria thrive on those 3, our whole family has cut them out and it has made a difference. Even our other daughter who did not have a problem comments on how terrible she feels when she does eat something with that in it. I grew up on milk right out of the bulk tank and homemade whole wheat bread, I haven't seen the huge improvement like the others but I can't deny the affect it has had on them. And I do see some improvement in my personal health
