Subject: RE: Gluten Intolerance Wheat Farmers

Iowa
Another question..
How common is it for wheat farmers to spray their fields with round up at the end of the season to harvest? Is it common practice or rare?

I hear in Europe they do not allow this practice..
Some may say what difference does this make? Round up isn't bad for you..
Not so, actually.. it will NOT kill human cells, but it does a number on gut bacteria which helps you digest food and keeps your immune system running smoothly. There are 10x's the amount of bacterial cells in your body compared to human cells. Cell per cell, we are mostly bacteria. Is that not crazy?? We are our own walking ecosystem.

Anyway, round up in the food supply will drive up things like gluten intolerance, auto-immune disease and cancer.
I sound like a liberal, but actually I'm VERY conservative. But now that research is coming out on this stuff, I think it's the ethical thing to do to look at this stuff carefully and not only consider our pocketbooks.
