Eastern Iowa | Agree that the realtor is not at issue, the owner is.
Contact the owner one last time, probably by certified mail so you can prove that it got to the intended party and they can't play it off on the other. Inform him/her that you need to access the property to get your equipment by a set date (within a week), and that they should have their realtor call you prior to that date to arrange a time for you to meet there and get it. If it doesn't pan out, go get it when the time period expires, replace the lock, mail the keys to the realtor, and be done with this.
Should it come down to it, you will have a copy of a certified letter and receipt that shows you tried to resolve it with the owner's and realtor's knowledge, along with whatever proof of ownership of the equipment in question that you have. When dealing with the parties in a divorce you have to mind your p's and q's.
