Yale, Michigan | I agree with cutting the lock and getting your equipment out. That's your property, get it out NOW. I'd do it in the middle of the day, don't do it at night like you're stealing something - it's yours! I don't agree with sending them a bill. It doesn't sound like in your arrangement with them that payment for you taking care of the land was previously agreed upon.
Personally I couldn't care less if they were going through a divorce and fighting or not. That's a b/s excuse. It's a common courtesy for them to email you back and tell you what is going on. They have made a choice in how they are treating you and by not returning communication. I HATE when I leave someone a voicemail or message and it doesn't get returned. If they want to finally communicate back with you, tell them firmly how you feel about this. | |
