NWMO | Sorry for your situation. I did not see this mentioned above but have you done anything to help sell the place? Other than keep it looking nice? If not that may be one reason for the lock. Go after the finders fee.
If it was me I would cut the chain get my stuff and put another lock connecting the cut chain. Relator can still get in. If you cut the lock and leave it unlocked then something happens to the place guess who they are going to blame?
Call the Relator and explain. You still have the paper saying it was ok. | |
