He has no just cause to bill them, they did abide by the terms of their agreement.
I doubt the realtor will pay much attention to the remarks on the card.
The other is just inviting repercussions, the likes of which he may regret having brought upon himself should the landowners pursue illegal trespass charges. There is little which brings more compromise to a divorce battle than fighting a common enemy. |
