It's not at all uncommon for me to buy parts for prices which indicate 100% markup if the dealer is buying as well as I am.  Given that the dealer is in the business of buying and selling parts, there is no reason that he should not be able to buy as well as I do.    I'm not saying that he necessarily does, but if I can do it, he should be able to.  I'm not really as much smarter then average as everyone thinks I am.  


I see lots and lots and lots of dealers advertising machinery for lots more then $20k over what it is actually worth according to the market.
