Yes thats the issue I have too. If you're getting an "experienced guy" its worth it .... some body still learning and you're paying 120/hr for him its frusterating!! He should be working with an experienced guy or it should be a lower rate which I think some shops do now a days for aprentices.

I used to work as an auto tech 20 years ago and i'd see it all the time. I worked in engine diagnoses and electrical problems. Tech beside me got a electrical short issue calls for 4hrs to find the issue, so I watched .... after 2 hrs I coudn't take it anymore and in 5 minutes showed him what was the problem. It was a case of Been there done that before "experience".
