Most of you don't have a clue.
My business with 7 employees had to turn $600 an hour, every hour the joint was open, just to cover the overhead and put some food on my table - and I did not have machinery out front eating floor plan payments.
I'm not defending dealers, just pointing out reality
What ever each employee is paid hourly is double to triple that in total cost for most small business employers.
Until you have been there and took no salary home for four months because business got slow and then had to borrow money from the bank to fund the employees 401K, you do not have a clue.
There is a reason that most small businesses do not make it past the first 5 years.
