sc ia | I had my own business for 21 years (sold out in 1998). I usually had 1 to 3 techs working for me but the bottom line didn't change much with the number of techs. The more techs I had the less billable hours for the work I did. Half or more of my time was spent ordering parts, talking to customers, etc. I could make as much money working by myself (with my wife working in the office) as I could with more employees, but I couldn't keep up with the work load. | |
