OK,,,,,, but the machine is under factory warranty,,,,,,, the mechanic can't/won't fix it,,,,,,,,, and now the tractor is going on its second year of warranty with the same problem it had since day one.  Now what is he to do when the warranty is out and the problem still exists or gets worse?????  They have seen the tractor sitting in their yard (was there picking up a piece of equipment) and the axle kicked out, what else can we do to show them what is happening?????  IMHO,this is where they need to get an engineer from the factory involved but won't.
