Subject: Our corn - bean - wheat - rotation

Red River Valley
has basically been 45-45-10 since 1990 or so

Cass county ND was for the longest time one of the top 5 biggest bean producing county in the US. ( not sure anymore )

When 92 day corn started to prove itself with 200 + bu yields in our area ( not every year but more than just a one off deal ) we went corn.

there were a few years from 1986-1996 were we were 80% corn one farm ( it was a feedlot farm ) we raised corn on it for 8 straight years.
