Until someone works for a CoOp, they will never understand who it benefits. Its all about upper management. When a merger happens, upper management gets a huge pay raise.
Prior to the merger, they always talk about reduced overhead and efficiency. In reality all upper management stay employed but some receive new titles. I will see in my lifetime many CoOps fold.
Help me understand why coop’s merge
