There is a lot we are still learning. None of this is set in stone.

I think we do have some pretty good information on some foods that are generally bad for us and have few redeeming qualities other than tasting good.

If we do nothing other than getting those bad foods out of our diet, regardless of any other changes, we will improve our health.
