All you need to know is available for free on line. The last dozen pages here on KT are filled with low carb/keto threads with all kinds of information. Just start paging back through them and looking for topics of interest. A hundred pounds is what I lost. I thought I needed to lose about 60 and I ended up losing 100. BMI of 22 now. After you get going on the diet (really needs to be more of a lifestyle), watch all the "Low Carb Down Under" videos you have the time for. A food list I made up attached below. John
