May I also recommend eventually combining Keto with intermittent fasting where you have an 8 hour eating window from noon-8 pm and fast for 16 hours. Dr Jason Fung is a resource here. Autophagy, breaking food addiction, rapid body fat reduction, mental health/cognitive improvement, elevating HGH levels are the tangible benefits to this. | |
