New Castle, PA | Have taken off 1# per week since New Years using a Keto type diet. For breakfast, usually 6 A. M. , eggs of some type along with bacon or sausage and a side of fried vegetables, usually some zucchini, peppers and onions. Rarely have toast now, but when I do, it is either whole wheat or some type of whole grain along with peanut butter , no jelly anymore. Sometimes we have Keto pancakes made with almond flour and a few blueberries, pretty bland without the blueberries. Usually have smoked sausage with the pancakes. For dinner it usually a leafy green salad topped with either chicken or beef. Supper, usually about 5 P. M., meat and vegetables avoiding the starchy vegetables like potatoes, yam's, carrots parsnip's sweet corn etc. Have a 13 hour fast from supper to breakfast, then start over again. Good luck | |
