| I eat 3 boiled eggs with a tablespoon on butter each . Bacon a couple slices. To start the day. Salad for lunch. Supper some meat or fish . Try to eat in a 8 hr window. 16 hr fast. To change it up a little I may reheat a baked potato because there is resistant starch in the reheated potato. You can look up resistant starch. Rice ,pasta can be reheated to give you resistant starch. French fries and potato chips for an occasional snack. Eat enough fat and not over do the protein. Keep the carbohydrates near 20.
