I figured I would get a comment from someone that I look too thin. That I look unhealthy.
Funny thing is, I would have said the same thing about someone else and actually have said that about someone that lost a lot of weight.
But I can tell you from first hand experience, I'm definitely not to skinny (BMI 22, ideal range is 18-24). I can do a lot more now than that "pleasingly plump" guy in the top picture and he was 5 years younger.
