Subject: kidney stones

Pittsburg, Kansas
I for sure can not say it will help another person as much as it has helped me. But it has also helped my wife and daughter with almost as amazing results. They did not have quite as many issues to solve though.

Will say that daughter was having a terrible time with kidney stones. Passing small ones weekly and about beside herself what to do about it.

Started a reduced carb diet about the same time wife and I did, and within a short time quit having kidney problems. None since. Coincedence? Maybe. She is staying on the lifestyle (not to mention losing 60# the last time I ask a couple months ago).

If you are like me, you will start feeling better in the first week. In two weeks you will know if you want to continue or not.

Pretty minimal effort to give it a try and see if it helps. For the easiest least strict way follow Dr Eric Westman. He keeps it simple. He has done this in a clinic setting for I think 12 years.

We especially like Dr Ken Berry for his down home style and "take no prisioners" attitude. He does his research with his recomendations and sells no fofoo juice.

Start with those. There are a dozen more that are also really good but either or both of those will get you going in the right direction.
