I had been keto for several years and lost some weight but in December I stopped and just ate whatever was available. I had been hanging around 200 pounds, but quickly went down to 180ish. Stress is not a diet plan I would recommend, but it can be highly effective. Lol.
I’m back near 200 now, but it took some work. Keto makes you eat less, and less often because when you do eat it’s nutritionally dense foods. So eating less dense foods (along with the stress) caused weight loss for me, I think.
