That is not all that hard for us, because my wife has always been a good cook. So we kind of minimally used stuff out of a box or a can anyway even before changing our diet. But we did eat a lot of bread and home made pasta plus the usual root vegetables before.
But we have cut out all bread, starchy vegetables, rice and vegetable oils that we can. We still get some of the vegetable oils when we eat out I am sure, but we prepare meals without it.
