| I bet some guys who have to PP a thousand acres of corn would rather have $26,000 to buy groceries for their family than to feed weeds...
The funny thing is, I’m not even against preplant N and after trying a lot of things I think that fall NH3 is probably the best base program there is for some of our timber soils that are prone to be hurt by spring compaction and aren’t good terrain for running equipment through standing crop anyway. I’m just willing to say that different things work well in different places, instead of telling everyone how stupid they are if they don’t do exactly what I do. | |
