I agree about free coffee, don't do it, but charge only up to $1.50, and only sell quality coffee, nothing worse than poor coffee.  We mill ours fresh every
pot at home so I am a coffee snob.
Perkins seems busy, but when they charge $2.50 or so that really bothers me.
