Black Hawk County, IA | My nephew has had one for 5or 6 years now. He worked for a family here that owns several longtime restaurants here. Learned a lot from them. First hurdle he had to overcome was location. RE around Des Moines where he felt had enough population density was too expensive. So he looked for quite a while to find something decent close enough to enough people to make it cash flow. He's single with a girl friend that likes the business as well. But if we want to see him, we go there. Maybe worse that diary cows. Cows don't bitch about the food. J | |
