Do not go overboard on your menu or inventory can kill you. If you do not have a bout twice as much money as you plan on and are ready to work for free for the first 3 years you can make a go of it. You better learn to be customer friendly or I suggest you stay out of it. I ran a bar and grill for about 10 years and enjoyed it but you are just buying yourself a job that requires a lot of hours so you better love it.
